Josuke Higashikata 8

Josuke Higashikata is a young man with no memory of his past or name. He is temporarily named "Josuke" by Yasuho after her dog. He later learns that he was originally Josefumi Kujo , a friend of the Kira Family whose body was fused with Yoshikage Kira's by the Wall Eyes and a new form of Locacaca fruit. He uses the Stand Soft & Wet, which allows him to produce soap bubbles that absorb an aspect of whatever object they touch, such as a person's eyesight or the friction of a floor. He later discovers another ability of his Stand he dubs Go Beyond, allowing him to shoot bubbles imbued with an explosive and transcendent form of the Spin phenomenon from Steel Ball Run. source here  

Johnny Joestar

  Johnny Joestar , born Jonathan Joestar, is a former horse racer from Danville,Kentucky, who is paralyzed from the waist down. He participates in the Steel Ball Run to follow Gyro Zeppeli in the hopes of using his Spin technique to regain use of his legs. He uses the Stand Tusk, which allows him to shoot his finger nails as bullets. As the race continues and Johnny begins to understand the Spin, Tusk evolves into different forms, termed ACTs, with differing capabilities, similarly to Koichi Hirose's Echoes. source here

Jolyne Kujo

  Jolyne Cujoh (Japanese: 空条 徐倫 , Hepburn: Kūjō Jorīn ) is a fictional character in the Japanese manga series JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, written and illustrated by Hirohiko Araki. The main protagonist of the series' sixth story arc, Stone Ocean, Jolyne is falsely accused of murder by DIO's most loyal friend, Enrico Pucci, and sentenced to 15 years in prison. Eventually, from a pendant given to her by her father, Jotaro Kujo, she got her Stand, Stone Free ( ストーン・フリー , Sutōn Furī ) , which allows her the ability to unravel her body into string. Originally having a strained relationship with him due to his long absence from the majority of her life, she vows to stay in prison in order to save her father and recruited a group of Stand users to help her in her quest to save Jotaro and defeat Pucci.  source here

Giorno Giovanna

  Giorno Giovanna (Japanese: ジョルノ・ジョバァーナ , Hepburn: Joruno Jobāna ) is a fictional character in the Japanese manga series JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, written and illustrated by Hirohiko Araki. The main protagonist of the series' fifth story arc, Golden Wind, born Haruno Shiobana ( 汐華 初流乃 , Shiobana Haruno ) , he is the illegitimate son of Dio Brando while possessing Jonathan Joestar's body. After saving an unknown mafia member in his childhood, he dreams of joining the Italian mafia gang Passione to overthrow the boss and close the drug trade, desiring to help the innocent. Joining Bruno Bucciarati and his team, they go on a mission to send Trish Una to her father, the boss of Passione. Giorno possesses a Stand known as Gold Experience ( ゴールド・エクスペリエンス , Gōrudo Ekusuperiensu ) , whose primary abilities are to give life to nonliving things to transform into living organisms and creating body parts, acting as a healing ability.  source here

Josuke Higashikata-Joestar 4

  Josuke Higashikata is the illegitimate son of Joseph Joestar. He is a freshman who lives in the town of Morioh with his mother and grandfather. His Stand is Crazy Diamond, which can not only punch rapidly, but also restore objects to their original state or rearrange their structure, allowing him to heal injuries, erase written documents, or revert complex structures to their raw components. However, Crazy Diamond has no effect when used on Josuke himself. Despite normally being kind and friendly, Josuke becomes especially enraged if anyone insults his pompadour hairstyle, which he adopted after a delinquent with the hairstyle saved him and his mother during a blizzard. This is demonstrated for the first time, after he punches an upperclassman, and incorrectly heals his face for insulting his hair. source here

Jotaro Kujo

  otaro Kujo (Japanese: 空条 承太郎 , Hepburn: Kūjō Jōtarō ) is a fictional character in the Japanese manga series JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, written and illustrated by Hirohiko Araki. The main protagonist of the series' third story arc, Stardust Crusaders, Jotaro is depicted as a rough deliquent with a noble heart who journeys from Japan to Egypt with his grandfather, Joseph Joestar, and their allies to defeat the Joestar bloodline's sworn enemy, DIO, and save his mother's life. He has a Stand (a physical manifestation of his fighting spirit) named Star Platinum ( 星の白金 ( スタープラチナ ) , Sutā Purachina ) , whose power is incredible strength, speed, and precision. Later, Star Platinum gains the ability Star Platinum: The World ( スタープラチナ ザ・ワールド , Sutā Purachina Za Wārudo ) , enabling Jotaro to stop time for a few seconds. Joseph Joestar

  Joseph Joestar (Japanese: ジョセフ・ジョースター , Hepburn: Josefu Jōsutā ) is a fictional character in the Japanese manga series JoJo's Bizarre Adventure written and illustrated by Hirohiko Araki. Joseph is the main protagonist of the series' second story arc, Battle Tendency , and the grandson of the first arc's protagonist, Jonathan Joestar. Having been brought up by his grandmother Erina and family friend Speedwagon, he developed a coarser and more rebellious attitude than that of his gentlemanly grandfather, but the character still has a noble heart. While able to use the supernatural power Hamon like his grandfather, Joseph is not initially as skilled in its use until he trains under Lisa Lisa. He initially uses a pair of Hamon-empowered clackers in battle, but relies more on mind games rather than brute strength in fights, employing his uncanny ability to predict his opponent's actions down to what they say. Jonathan Joestar

  Jonathan Joestar (japanese : ジョナサン・ジョースター , Hepburn: Jonasan Jōsutā ) is a fictional character in the Japanese manga series JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, written and illustrated by Hirohiko Araki. Jonathan is the main protagonist of the series' first story arc, Phantom Blood. In late 19th-century England, the young son of a wealthy landowner, Jonathan Joestar, meets his new adopted brother Dio Brando, who loathes him and plans to usurp him as heir to the Joestar family. When Dio's attempts are thwarted by JoJo, he transforms himself into a vampire with the use of an ancient Stone Mask and destroys the Joestar estate. Jonathan embarks on a journey, meets new allies and masters the technique of Hamon (波紋, "Ripple") to stop Dio, who has made world domination his new goal.
